Children's Ministry Application Form

We're glad you're interested in serving with one of our Children's Ministry Teams here at The Harbor Church! Because we take the safety and security of our kids very seriously, we require all Children's Ministry volunteers to complete this application form in its entirety (including providing references) and pass a background check.
