The Harbor has partnered to support the ministry of Pastor Hector Newman in Honduras. Iglesias Comunidad de Amor, Internacional - Mission Honduras Their focus is on spreading the gospel of salvation, church planting, church building projects, providing free medical assistance, and operating El Arca Camp and Retreat Center. Over the years, the organization has planted over 23 churches, and the leadership team includes three regional supervisors covering four different areas of the country. Every year, many mission teams from the United States, including The Harbor, partner with the organization to help build the Lord’s kingdom.

We are sending a team of 11 adults and teens to Honduras this August. They will spend the week helping to construct the new building at the youth camp as well as ministering at the local churches, holding services throughout the week for children, youth, and adults. It will be a busy week!

We are raising funds to help cover their individual costs ($1,800 each) as well as the cost for the building materials and funds to support Bible training for the local pastors in the Honduras Missions network.
